Get Version of Windows Installer

Some programs specify a version of Windows Installer.

The quickest way to determine the version installed on a computer is to look at the properties of the MSI.DLL file.

1. Open My Computer and browse to C:\Windows\System32
2. Right click on msi.dll and open properties
3. On the details tab you will see the product version
